1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and agreements relating to retreats organized by Machershaus e.K., registered at Waldecken 10, 54597 Neuheilenbach, Germany. By participating in the retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Price Inclusions
The retreat participation fee includes:
Any additional beverages not specified above, or activities not explicitly mentioned, are excluded and may be charged separately on site, unless otherwise specified in the offer or confirmation.
3. Registration and Payment
A reservation is confirmed only after a deposit of 30% of the total participation fee has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 45 days prior to the start of the retreat.
Payments must be made within the agreed deadlines. Failure to make timely payment entitles us to cancel the reservation.
4. Payment and Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to change the content, dates, or location of the retreat if necessary. Such changes do not give rise to any claim for compensation.
6. Responsibility and Liability
Participation is at the participant’s own risk. Machershaus e.K. shall not be held liable for loss, theft, damage, or accidents during the retreat, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.
Participants are strongly advised to obtain adequate personal insurance covering participation and potential medical expenses.
7. Health and Conduct
Participants are required to follow the instructions of the organizers and facilitators.
It is the participant’s own responsibility to ensure they are in suitable health and condition to participate.
8. Privacy
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will only be used for the organization of the retreat.
9. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen events, the retreat may be postponed or cancelled without any liability for compensation.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any agreement arising from them, shall be governed by German law.
All disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Germany.
